Does Apple feel threaten by Android powered by HTC

First of I would like to post a fanboy comment:

Nokia felt threaten and overwhelmed by Apples iPhones and saw no other option then to sue Apple. Does this mean that Apple feel threaten by HTC powered by Android, so threaten that they feel they can´t win a fair fight?

Apple is suing HTC for more then 20 patent infringe. Of course Google sees this as a direct threat to their Android OS and states that they stand behind their partner.
This is a public statement from a spokesperson at Google:

We are not a party to this lawsuit. However, we stand behind our Android operating system and the partners who have helped us to develop it.

We have to wait and see what becomes of this, perhaps we will see Microsoft Bing in iPhones.
